Chocolate chip cake with pudding. Ingredients box of chocolate cake mix small box of chocolate pudding chopped nuts walnuts chocolate chips. CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING CAKE. 1 box yellow cake mix.
2 6 oz pkg. Box instant chocolate pudding. Put first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl with electric mixer.
Mix all until well moistened. Pour it over 1 cup chocolate chips and let it sit for a few minutes and then keep whisking until it turns into ganache. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes and pour over the top.
Whisk cake and pudding mixes in a large bowl. In another large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed beat sour cream until lightened about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs until well combined.
Add oil and 12 cup warm water. Reduce speed to low. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spray bundt pan with cooking spray. Add cake mixture to pan. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 55 60 minutes.
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat bring the cream to a boil. While cream is heating microwave chocolate and butter for 30 seconds at 100 power. Immediately pour the cream over the chocolate and butter.
Whisk until the mixture melts and becomes smooth. Pour the ganache over the top of the cake.
