This past weekend Trevor made one of my favorites a citrusy Lemon Key Lime Pie but in individual mini handheld sizes. Add butter and using a pastry blender or a fork incorporate it into cake mix until it becomes crumbly.
Coat a 913 baking dish with cooking spray.
Lemon bars with pie filling. Spread 3 cups of the batter in a greased jelly roll pan. Spread pie filling on top of dough. Drop remaining dough by tablespoonfuls on top of pie filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for. Directions Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl mix cake mix pie filling and coconut until blended.
